White wine created by selecting the highest quality Chardonnay and Grenache Blanc grapes, has a gentle shade of yellow. Surrender to extremely gentle aromas permeated with tones of white flowers and melon, perfectly complemented by tones of butter, vanilla and hazelnut. An extremely elegant wine with excellent structure and a rounded full flavor that will encourage you to reach for another glass of this great white wine.

An excellent combination with lighter specialties such as various fish, where we would single out sea bass and sea bream as the first choice. In addition, it is excellent with meat-based dishes, with an emphasis on veal in mushroom sauce. Also, serve with turkey, pork and smoked fish.
