Description
A dance of shadonnay on the silvery blue Danube, that would be the brief description of this unique Fruška Gora wine from the Belo Brdo location and from the winery of the same name from Čerević. The wine is aromatic, penetrating, full of flavor.
The fullness of the body and the aromas of very ripe fruit are infused with a certain amount of minerality especially noticeable on the back palate, where apricots and peaches mingle with fine buttery wood notes. Each sip is practically a juicy bite, where the finish brings back the memory of yellow quinces on the cupboard, and lamb, tuna and poultry will soar high with a toast with this wine.
It is recommended with all kinds of river fish, sea bass, pasta with white sauces, ground turkey.
