DOJA Pinot Grigio & Chardonnay is a wine of intense green-yellow color, excellent clarity and discreet bouquet, with elegant notes of peach and apricot, followed by aromas of melon, white flowers and creamy tones. Dry, white wine, fresh, full of flavor, with recognizable varietal characteristics. Well balanced, rounded off with a long mineral finish, persistent structure and citrus notes at the very end. It is easy to pair with a variety of light dishes, best with chicken, seafood and pasta with white sauces.
