Vie di Romans “Vieris” Sauvignon 2021 is a dry white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
Sauvignon “Vieris” is an intense and full expression of Friuli: a rich and structured white wine, aged in barrique. Aromas of papaya, ginger and ripe peach emerge from a consistent and harmonious texture, with a soft and sparkling aromatic return of exotic fruit. Alcoholic fermentation for 14-18 days at controlled temperature, without malolactic fermentation.
Colour: Golden yellow.
Smell: Notes of papaya and ripe peach, with hints of ginger.
Taste: Fresh and balanced with notes of wood that enhance the flavours of tropical fruits.
