In the clean aroma, recognizable varietal characteristics are expressed, with dominant notes of ripe cherry, cherry and blackberry, behind which a discreet herbal character and a note of pepper can be seen.
The aromatic profile continues on the palate, where this wine shows roundness and a clearly defined character. Medium-bodied, very drinkable and well-balanced wine. You will feel very lively acids with ripe tannins that create a pleasant finish with a fruity-spicy character that will certainly not leave you indifferent.
It is an ideal combination with a wide range of red meats as well as grilled dishes. It is also excellent with various types of cheese of your choice.
