Description
The wine of the new era of Serbian winemaking, which aroused great interest, entered the wine lists of exclusive domestic restaurants long before bottling. At the pre-premiere humanitarian auction, the bottle reached a price of 17,000 dinars. This Chardonnay not only has an interesting label and quality equipment, but at first impression it gives off so much specificity that it is very difficult to confuse it with any other Serbian wine.
White wine created by selecting the highest quality grapes of the Chardonnay variety, has a beautiful golden-yellow color. You will feel the luxurious and powerful aromas of ripe melon, pineapple and nectarine with a hint of creme brulee and vanilla. The taste is extremely complex and full with a juicy buttery structure that is supported by firm acids. In the very finish, you will feel notes of ripe fruit, toast and roasted almonds, after which you will definitely want more. Supreme elegance that made someone declare: this is a wine without flaws.
Babaroga a high-ranking witch from South Slavic mythology who has had a dominant influence on the upbringing of unruly children for centuries. The main features are a horn, a big nose with a nipple, a lack of teeth, a stick and the cave where he lives. The children have unmasked it a long time ago and no longer believe in it, but it is used as a term in jargon, instead of the somewhat forgotten “fear!”, for something extraordinary, extraordinary good…
An ideal combination with specialties such as homemade gibanica, pasta with mushrooms and homemade roasted chicken and turkey. We suggest that you serve it with fish, where we would single out trout with almonds, perch in butter, but also a specialty such as lobster. Excellent as an aperitif.
