Description
A white wine created from the Pinot Grigio grape variety, it has a clear green color with nice and delicate hints of copper. The fragrance is very intense with fresh scents of field flowers. The discreet aroma is dominated by notes of yeast, bread and toast, behind which appear fine notes of ripe peach and green pear, and the aromatic profile is rounded off by notes of smoke.
Fuller body, calmed acids and persistent taste. The taste is incredibly mineral and distinctly spicy with intense citrus notes permeated with tones of vineyard peach and vanilla sugar in the finish. Permeated with a pronounced harmonic acidity that will certainly not leave you indifferent. The finish is very refreshing, with a fruit-mineral character.
