Fuller body and very lively acids, well balanced. The taste is perfectly balanced and fresh with a slight acidity and a long aftertaste. At first, the moderately expressed smell reminds of herbs, but over time it develops and the floral character comes to the fore. The taste is dominated by citrus notes, primarily lime and grapefruit, which are finely blended with tones of apple, apricot and peach. Smederevka is a dry, moderately full wine, with crisp acids and fruity on the palate. Pleasant freshness, light and elegant on the palate. This is a wine you will want to return to.
It is an ideal combination with light food such as various types of fresh salads, as well as with river fish.
