Description
Eppan Anger Pinot Grigio – St. Michael – The wine is golden yellow, very clear. The mature, very complex and intense aroma is dominated by the aromas of ripe white and yellow fruits, primarily yellow apples and peaches, which are nicely imbued with mineral tones, the smell of orange peel and a note of sweet perfume.
The taste follows the character of the fragrance, with the addition of citrus notes. Medium fullness, pleasant and calm acids that are skilfully integrated into the body of the wine, well balanced. The long-lasting fruity finish is dominated by notes of dried fruit, especially apricot. It goes well with seafood, fish and a fuller, salad meal.
