Description
Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. The wine is intense ruby red in color, shiny and moderately mobile in the glass. Complex aromas in which the scents of black fruit and oak wood alternate, but the spicy character of paprika and red pepper still dominates. The aromas of vanilla, cedar wood, sawdust of raw wood unobtrusively support the fruitiness with their presence.
Full on the palate, but soft, velvety, extremely balanced. Pleasant acids are associated with fruitiness and fluffiness, and noticeable tannins indicate seriousness. By decanting, it opens up significantly and becomes more intense and aromatic.
Just a few drops of this wine will be enough to feel the power of juicy tannins and impressive full flavor. The authentic aroma of oak and notes of strong spices, such as red pepper and pepper, are secretly waiting to open all your sophisticated wine senses. Cared for years, it will give you a pleasure that you could not imagine.
A wine that looks for a good piece of red meat, and an excellent choice would be paired with steak tartare. It goes fantastically well with veal, lamb and aged cheeses.
