Description
Tamjanika Budimir is a wine of modern and exotic style. On the nose, more complex, floral aromas continuously evolve in layers, with the influx of citrus notes, peach, lemon balm. Characteristic incense, fine minerality, warm impression, medium body, fruity notes, primarily citrus, prevail in the mouth. Acids in balance.
The 2011, 2013 and 2016 vintages were awarded 89 points by the famous wine critic Robert Parker. In 2013, the 2010 vintage won a silver medal at the San Francisco Wine Competition, and in 2012, Tamjanika Župska 2009 was a wine recommendation at the International Wine Challenge in London.
It pairs very well with seafood, traditional vegetable dishes, creamy risottos and tropical fruit desserts.
