It is a wine with a harmonious structure and strong body. This Malvasia is extremely fresh and mineral, stands out for its fruitiness and calls for a glass of more. As Decanter writes, the wine has a very rich style, full of sweet tones of tropical and yellow fruits with touches of orange and apple. It has a long duration in the mouth.
It can be drunk as a welcome drink, with prosciutto, fish from gradel or small Istrian sourdough cakes fried in oil. It also goes well with fruit cups with ice cream.
