Description
The grapes used in the production of this wine come from vineyards that are located on the slopes of hills with good branching, which is characterized by clay soil covered with fine quartz sand and fine silt. The wine is aged in cement tanks where malolactic fermentation takes place, which starts spontaneously, then the wine is aged for 2 years, partly in Slavonian oak and partly in French oak. It matures in the bottle for another 12 months before being released on the market. Barolo Tradizione reaches its maturity after 4 years from harvest, and has an aging potential of around 20 years. Granite red color. On the smell you can feel the aromas of rose, vanilla, various spices, and in the background you can feel the oak. The taste is full and elegant, where the aromas that we have already mentioned in the fragrance are repeated. The balance with spicy notes and a hint of wood should be singled out in particular.
