The connection between oak and wine has always been a combination of two values. Sauvignon Blanc wine called “Sonata Icone” fermented in a 500 l oak barrel. Specially treated oak from the “Icone” series of the French producer “Seguin Moreau” ennobled and additionally influenced the wine to acquire its characteristic warmth and originality.
