Description
Virtus’ Pinot Noir is a complex and rich wine, with a deep ruby red color, which is not so characteristic of the variety itself, but careful and diligent work together with the character of the climate that followed this variety from the vineyard to the last barrel gave an extraordinary Pinot.
If you look into a glass of this noble wine, you will be showered with the aromas of ripe sour cherries, through which black forest fruits, cocoa and smoke intertwine. The aroma is rich in aromas of red fruit, into which tones of vanilla, oak and a slight touch of spices are nicely integrated. The taste is also very intense, with a pronounced fruity character dominated by notes of ripe cherry and ripe cherry, and ripe and soft tannins are in excellent balance with fruitiness and fresh acids. A wine of good structure, with a long and intense finish.
This wine will go well with a variety of dishes, starting with venison, veal and lamb specialties, as well as with duck or turkey topped with red fruit sauce. Serve it with homemade cooked dishes, grilled dishes, duck, pasta with meat and tomato sauces.
