Description
An incredible wine of the Chardonnay variety, it is characterized by a beautiful yellow color with golden hues that gives it transparency in the glass. When you inhale, you can feel the incredible fruity aromas of pear, melon and pineapple, permeated with the scent of the golden delicious apple. There are also hints of bread crust, creme brulee and flint. Your palate will be enchanted by the wonderful creamy and smooth structure with nicely balanced fruit acids, which will certainly not leave you indifferent.
This wine was made from grapes that were macerated for 6 hours, after pressing fermentation was done at very low temperatures in order to preserve the aromatic complex. Part of it was fermented in stainless steel vessels, and part in barrels made of Serbian and French oak, and then aged in the same barrels for another 4 months. The entire amount of wine was aged on the lees (surlie).
We recommend it with light seafood specialties, such as lobster or octopus salad, but also with St. Jacques and sea bream. Also, it is an excellent combination with pasta, chicken or turkey in neutral cream sauces. A light wine made for enjoying in the summer months.
