Description
This incredible red wine, created from the best grapes of the autochthonous Prokupac variety, has a beautiful ruby red color that gives it a strong shine in the glass. On the bouquet, you can feel incredibly intense fruit aromas, of which cherry and blackberry aromas stand out the most. At Paleo, you will also feel distinctly fruity aromas, roasted with oak aromas, thanks to the barrel in which it was aged, leaving a long, beautiful taste in the mouth long after consumption.
Wine produced from selected grapes from the buyer’s own vineyard. This fully varietal prokupac was aged for a year and a half in wooden barrels and five months in the bottle, and won a silver medal at Decanter 2018 and was named the Most Pleasant Surprise of 2017 in the Vino.rs selection.
This powerful red wine makes a perfect combination with red meat specialties, whether you choose to roast or grill. It also goes well with nicely prepared wild meat, but even if you are a cheese lover, a glass of this wine will go perfectly with nice and mature hard cheeses.
