Description
Done in the best manner of the traditional Burgundian school. Top quality wine with geographical origin, combines grapes from different terrains. The vines facing the east give freshness, the clusters from the south contribute to the floral character and from the west they bring fullness and extractiveness. Its full body gives a feeling of strength and at the same time refinement of the noble tones of the barrique. The sense of harmony of this top wine is unforgettable. It was fermented and then aged in oak barrels for 12 months, resulting in great complexity.
Golden yellow color with a greenish sheen. A wide range of aromas can be recognized in the intense and complex aroma: field flowers, chamomile, cut grass, basil, hazelnut, sponge cake, baked bread, ripe yellow apple and mango, rounded off by a note of oak.
On the palate, notes of citrus and ripe apricot permeate beautifully, with a vanilla tone of oak and minerality. Full, buttery, perfectly balanced, very persistent and complex wine, calm and pleasant acids. Elegance and harmony are expressed in the finish.

It is an ideal combination with specialties with dark and spicy meat, such as slightly smoked pork loin or grilled pork neck. We recommend serving with steak, rump steak and wild meat.
