Description
Wine produced from the Vranac variety, which became popular in the Trebinje region in the middle of the 20th century and became synonymous with red wines. The wine is recognizable by its fruity character, aroma reminiscent of ripe cherries, richness of forest fruits, soft and harmonious tannins, fullness and youthful freshness of taste and characteristic ruby color with light purple shades.
Opaque dark, as if it has covered itself with mysterious purple reflections that directly follow the color of the label, so that you don’t discover all its secrets at once, and there are many of them. First, in a wrapper of pure ripe cherries on the nose, a sensation of high but pleasantly pinching acidity arrives, which adds to the allusion that you have just bitten into a juicy apricot. It also smells of chocolate, which will put it in a higher category of pairing with food.
