Description
Vinum’s Chardonnay from 2017 shines from the glass with a straw-green reflection. Clean tears flow elegantly down the walls of the glass, guaranteeing a wine with a strong backbone and full body. The wine is characterized by intense aromas of melon, pear and peach enriched with gentle tones of vanilla, creme brulee and pleasant citrus freshness. It has a beautiful golden-yellow color. Extremely harmonious, complex, creamy wine supported by solid acids and a long fruity finish.
Food pairing: Roast chicken, fattier and richer fish, sauces and pasta.
