Description
Hofstatter De Vite 2022 is a dry white wine obtained by blending Pinot Bianco, Müller Thurgau, Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties.
Vigneti delle Dolomiti De Vite di Hofstatter was born in the hilly vineyards of the municipality of Termeno on Strada del Vino, in the province of Bolzano. The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand. After soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation takes place in steel barrels at a controlled temperature.
Colour: Pale yellow with green reflections.
Smell: Aromas reminiscent of fresh apples, lemongrass, with a slight hint of vanilla, intense floral and nutty aromas.
Taste: The palate is lively, fresh with crisp acidity, accentuated fruit and flower aromas.
